Refund & Cancellation Policy

DrishtiTax sells a one-time digital report. You see your estimated savings free, before paying — so you can decide whether the full report is worth it before any charge.

1. Try before you pay

The savings preview is free. You see your estimated tax-saving opportunity and regime recommendation before unlocking the paid report. If the number doesn’t justify the price to you, simply don’t pay — there is nothing to cancel.

2. Digital delivery

The report is delivered instantly on payment — downloaded in your browser and, if you provide an email, sent to your inbox as a backup. Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, it is generally non-refundable once delivered.

3. When we will refund

We will refund your payment in full if:

You were charged but the report was never delivered (no download and no email), or
The report is materially defective — for example, it failed to generate or is corrupted.

Duplicate or accidental charges for the same order are refunded in full.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@drishtitax.com within 7 days of payment with your payment/order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
